## Service and pricing
- Product browsing and stock search are free.
- Stock Watch Plus is a separate paid subscription for optional email alerts on favorite products. Manage the subscription and notification preferences in account Settings. It is separate from merchandise requests and does not include product cost.
- When cart requests are available, signed-in users can add products and submit one request for an operator to review. The operator confirms a USD quote. Review and accept the quote before continuing to Stripe Checkout for a single payment. Submitting a request does not place an official-store order or reserve stock. Official-store orders are not submitted automatically.
- Check the cart page to see whether quote requests are currently available.

## Data and freshness
- The backend checks public official product information. Availability is the result of a recorded check, not live availability or a reservation. Use the product's last-checked time and confirm details with the official store.
- For product answers, use the product's SKU, title, recorded JPY price, sale time, stock status, last checked time, and official product link.
- Release times are displayed in Japan Standard Time (Asia/Tokyo).
- Unknown and Error are unconfirmed results. A 404 result alone does not establish permanent discontinuation.
- Optional email alerts depend on the user's subscription and notification settings. Checks and delivery can be delayed; stock may sell out before an alert is opened.
- Search interest does not establish a product release, restock, availability, or sales volume.

## Discovery and crawling
- `/sitemap.xml` contains public pages and a recent product sample; it is not a complete catalogue index.
- `/robots.txt` allows public-page discovery and excludes `/api/` and account-only pages such as `/login`, `/register`, `/settings`, `/favorites`, and `/forgot-password`.
- Public pages are available to search and answer engines. Product details use the singular `/product/{sku}` route.
